The Moorland Gamekeeper

We supply a wide range of equipment suitable to assist the gamekeeper in managing his upland environment, from heather burning to traps, snares and bags.

New in stock for 2010 is our own design spring-loaded trap (shown below) for trapping birds. It is straightforward to set, is lightweight and easy to transport.

Our metal fire douser (shown below right), designed to our specification, is an easier and more efficient way of handling moorland heather fires than the traditional and often exhausting 'beating' method. We also have in stock fire retardant overalls, long length gauntlets, safety heat-resistant visors, safety boots and blowtorches.

We also supply Fenn traps and metal snares, and our own design Trapping Bag (shown above right)  made from waterproof nylon with leather buckles. The bag is lightweight, comes with an adjustable shoulder strap and measures 50cms wide by 45 cms tall by 8cms deep.
